5 Things to Keep in Your Gym Bag By Molly Ritterbeck 1. A change of socks. Keep your feet dry and happy. No one wants nasty feet. 2. Moist wipes. After a hard workout, wipe the areas that are very sweaty (pits, back of the neck, etc). 3. Deodorant. No one wants to smell you, not even yourself. Plus, use #2 before you put on deodorant, because you can’t make a pig smell nice by spraying it with perfume. 4. An extra shirt, at least. We are all glad you went to the gym and had a sweat fest. Really. Now change because our moment of caring is over and we don’t want to touch you. 5. Face Wash. Clean your face of the sweat before it clogs your pores and causes breaks out, because no one has time for that.
