Dream Bigger by Stephanie Powell We can set goals that keep us in the same place, or we can set goals that push us to do more, be more, and see more. Are you the type of person that chooses a goal because you know you can easily accomplish it? If you are, keep reading! Goals are set to test our limits and push us completely out of our comfort zones, and sometimes we fail at them. Guess what? That’s okay! Most of us are familiar with SMART goals, but in case you are not or you need a reminder, our goals should be: target a specific area for improvement. quantify or at least suggest an indicator of progress. specify who will do it. state what results can realistically be achieved, given available resources. specify when the result(s) can be achieved. and I mean really big—allows us to be happy, imagine ourselves reaching similar goals, and gives us the excitement of an adrenaline rush.
