When it comes to meal prepping for a family, we need to be
realistic. I don’t know about your kids, but my four year old is
not going to eat grilled chicken, brown rice, and broccoli every
night of the week! If we are being completely honest, neither
am I!
No one has time to spend hours in the kitchen when we have
school, sports, and life happening in front of us! Here are a few of
my favorite meals that my family enjoys helping me prep and eat.
1. Oats in a Jar: Typically, this recipe is made using an almost
empty jar of nut butter, but I’ve purchased some mason jars since
