Nursery Garden Maintenance Week - 7 to 11 September The Nursery is hoping to tidy up and create a few new play areas in the garden. Help would be greatly appreciated with weeding, digging, planting, building a bug hotel and turning the ground over for our mud kitchen space. Drop in any day, or every day, from 7 - 11 September, between 9.30-11.30am and 1.30-3pm, bringing garden tools to help. Please report to Main Reception (Secondary School Building) before making your way to the nursery entrance. You will be made most welcome! Welcome to our Primary 1 Pupils Primary 1 pupils have settled in well during the first two weeks of school. They have enjoyed getting to know their teachers and are making new friends. Primary 7 Buddies are supporting them well as they become familiar with the school and playground. They have started to learn their sounds and already have homework every day!! As the term progresses please regularly check the school website for updates on all P1 classes. Important Information – Keeping Our Pupils Safe Parents, carers and pupils are asked not to use Castle Wynd as a walking, cycling and driving route to and from school. Please be aware that this is not a safe route to school. Heavy commercial vehicles operate in this relatively small and confined area. The only route that should be taken is via the main entrance to the school. Secondary Photographs Colin Murray of CAM Media came into school on 19 August and took Secondary class photographs. Proof cards will shortly be sent home to view with order forms. On Wednesday 2 September, Colin will return to take individual photographs of S1 pupils and also group photos of our Prefects and S6 pupils. Website Contact us Twitter
