MEET THE PARTICIPANTS
Erica Jo Lloyd (Playwright, The
Dictator’s Daughter, Toilet Note,
Writer/Director, The Five-Fifteen)
Erica Jo Lloyd graduated from
Viterbo University with a BFA
in Theatre: Directing and Arts
Administration. While at Viterbo,
she directed, stage managed,
designed sound, and worked on
crews for many different shows
and she also saw two of her
original short plays staged.
Currently, she is the Costume
Assistant for Theatre Cedar
Rapids. She enjoys doing theatre
with a variety of organizations
including TCR, Brucemore, and
Urban Theater Project of Iowa.
Favorite shows include writing
for four past Underground New
Play Festivals and directing The
Baltimore Waltz, A Feminine
Ending, and Brilliant Traces. She
is honored to be directing the
upcoming Rosencrantz and
Guildenstern are Dead for TCR.
Shelby Louviere (Assistant
Director, The Five-Fifteen) This
is Shelby’s first glimpse into the
“behind-the-scenes” process of
theatre as assistant director for
The Five-Fifteen! Being able to
watch the director and actors
work together from an outside

view was very eye opening, and
helped to teach her a lot about
the processes that go into making
a show run smoothly. She is very
excited to help present to you all
the thought and dedication that
went into this piece. “Thank you
for coming!”
Lance Maynard (Feeding) Lance
is excited to be in this season’s
Underground Festival. This is his
second time in the Underground,
the first was two years ago as a
gang member in Turf. Lance has
been in a few TCR productions,
R.U.R.: Rossum’s Universal Robot,
and two years ago played Drunk
Santa in Miracle on 34th Street.
Lance is quite active in his church,
he is a worship associate, middle
school teacher, and co chair to
the CuuPs group. His hobbies
include theatre (of course) and all
forms of art. He works in abstract
painting, drawing, and computer
photomanipulation. Lance would
like to thank Ken for casting him,
as well as his friends and family
for their support.
Tristan Maynard (The Last
Rodeo) Tristan is a senior at
Washington High School and
loves theater with a passion.
