Tera Edmunds( Mersister Aquata) Tera is absolutely delighted to be in her fifth production at TCR as Aquata, Ariel’ s mersister. She previously played the roles of Estella in West Side Story( 2008), Pilar in Legally Blonde( 2013), Laker Girl in Spamalot( 2014), and Miss Smyth / Ensemble in Mary Poppins( 2015). A native to Cedar Rapids, Tera has been performing since she was a wee one, and has been in various productions at Xavier High School as well as UNI where she received her BA in Communication Studies / Theatre minor( 2010). She is currently living in Cedar Rapids, working for Rockwell Collins as University Relations Liaison. Britta Fults( Mersister Andrina) Britta is overjoyed to be in her third mainstage show at Theatre Cedar Rapids. You may have seen her previously in Shrek the Musical or The Great Gatsby. She is currently attending the University of Iowa for vocal performance. Finally, she thanks you for coming and hopes that you thoroughly enjoy your time under the sea!
Marcus Gillis( Ensemble) Marcus is excited to be a part of his first show at TCR. Outside of TCR he performs in show choir competitions, volunteers at Monday bingo nights, and does yoga. He is very grateful for all of the support from family and friends and thankful for the very supportive audience during his audition.
Marlon Flores( Ensemble) Marlon is a freshman student at Mount Mercy University and he is excited to perform for the first time at Theatre Cedar Rapids. He hopes that you enjoy the show!
