Business Discussion & Announcement
1. M atters and issues discussed during last
month’s meeting are hereby approved by the
board.
2. President Report:
(1) Update member info & survey questions.
(2) Will use Line to send out messages in the
future.
(3) Website update.
(4) Idea exchange for members. (a mentor group)
(ambassador group).
3. Committee Report:
● Treasurer: Financial Report is well budget
control and management.
● Membership Committee:

(2) Conference Trade Show to introduce
themselves to our members. TCC will
provide the facility. Business owners can
come introduce themselves to the members.
● Communication Committee: Website proposal/
progress。
● Public Relation Committee:
(1) Meeting with Linda Toyota of the Asian
Chamber of Commerce.

(2) Maybe meet and cooperate with other
Chamber of Commerce groups like the
Hispanic Commerce, India Commerce, etc.
● Seminar Committee:
(1) Talk about Minority.
(2) Business Certification, Business on the
internet.
4. For 8/8 welcome dinner for new TECOs how
to improve RSVP.
5. How to create a new committee to expand
TCC.
6. WTCC annual meeting is 9/25-9/27.

●國立故宮博物院精品展10月在休士頓展出
中國宋、元、明、清四朝，八位皇帝的 160
餘件稀世珍寶將在此次展覽中展出。
休士頓美術館將於今年秋天舉辦「帝王品
味-國立故宮博物院精品展 (Emperors’Treasures:
Chinese Art from the National Palace Museum,
Taipei) 」，展出從世界知名的國立故宮博物院
借出的160餘件稀世珍寶。展覽將首先在舊金
山亞洲博物館登場，展出文物包括書畫、青銅
器、瓷器、緙繡、琺瑯器及玉器等，在休士頓
展出的日期為2016年10月23日至2017年1月22
日。
