annual meeting, if your are interested in

3) April 4 blue bonnie Braheim tour, prepare to
visit the Bluebell ice cream and visit the winery.
4) Houston Taiwan Chamber of Commerce in
the spring barbecue is 4/26 (if the location is not
available the date will be changed to 4/19)
5) Taiwanese American Heritage Week is
scheduled for 5/11 arrived, 5/12 performances, 5/13
left, the detail plans will be determined for Taiwan
itinerary.
6) Houston Taiwan Chamber of Commerce annual
meeting will be held on June 13 at the Ocean
Palace.

● 2015年中餐主廚培訓班
僑委會為培訓海外中餐廚師專業技能,
提升僑營中餐館經營能力,協助僑胞研習適合
於海外創業之實作技術課程,藉以培植僑胞創
業與促進國內業者之商機交流,並將臺灣美食
文化推廣至國際,將於2015年4月13日至4月24
日在實踐大學(臺北市中山區大直街68號)舉辦
2015年中餐主廚培訓班,課程內容以中餐精緻
宴席料理實作專業課程為主,內容包含介紹各
類中餐料理烹飪技巧、烹調實作、菜單設計、
