annual meeting, if your are interested in
participating, please contact the Kenneth Li.
3) April 4 blue bonnie Braheim tour, prepare to
visit the Bluebell ice cream and visit the winery.
4) Houston Taiwan Chamber of Commerce in
the spring barbecue is 4/26 (if the location is not
available the date will be changed to 4/19)
5) Taiwanese American Heritage Week is
scheduled for 5/11 arrived, 5/12 performances, 5/13
left, the detail plans will be determined for Taiwan
itinerary.
6) Houston Taiwan Chamber of Commerce annual
meeting will be held on June 13 at the Ocean
Palace.

為配合網路時代全球僑臺商需要，僑委會

ocbn.org.tw)，內容包括最新經貿消息、商會最
新動態及僑商網路學院等，並設置「僑商求才
求職網」、「商機交流平臺」及「商會網站申
請」等專區，提供海內外企業免費跨國徵才、
海外加盟店、尋求產品代理、最新商情交換及
僑臺商會免費申請建置專屬網站等加值功能，
歡迎各僑臺商組織及僑營企業等多加利用。
● 2015年中餐主廚培訓班
僑委會為培訓海外中餐廚師專業技能，
提升僑營中餐館經營能力，協助僑胞研習適合
於海外創業之實作技術課程，藉以培植僑胞創
業與促進國內業者之商機交流，並將臺灣美食
文化推廣至國際，將於2015年4月13日至4月24
日在實踐大學(臺北市中山區大直街68號)舉辦
2015年中餐主廚培訓班，課程內容以中餐精緻
宴席料理實作專業課程為主，內容包含介紹各
類中餐料理烹飪技巧、烹調實作、菜單設計、
