Terms & Conditions
1 . All prices are ex gst . 2 . Warranty is 12 months return to base on all equipment unless otherwise specified . 3 . Motorola “ Service from the Start ” is optional but strongly recommended for all MC- 9190 / 9500 terminals and provides a 3 year or 5 year warranty from the start . 4 . As additional protection Barcode Datalink offers our own rapid service to provide at least one loan scanner at any time while your equipment is under repair with Motorola should you need a loan unit .
5 . Service is provided Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:30pm .
6 . Equipment is shipped using same day non-urgent courier if booked before 10:30am . After that time the equipment will arrive next business day .
7 . Alternatively you can collect the equipment yourself . 8 . Returning the loan equipment is at your expense . 9 . Lost , stolen , damaged loan equipment must be paid for . 10 . Prices are subject to change without notice and only valid for 7 days from the above proposal date . Based on Australian dollar value higher than $ 1.03 US . 11 . If equipment is not in stock lead times are 6 to 8 weeks from order & deposit being received . 12 . A deposit of 50 % is required for equipment especially ordered in . 13 . Balance on delivery . 14 . Delivery is included to your office .
15 . Installation and assistance is provided as part of this proposal ( 2 hours included ) for the Motorola mobile computers .
16 . We will connect the mobile computers to the wireless network and setup the Telnet session . 17 . The logins for your users must be supplied by Pronto .
18 . Licensing for the additional mobile users is not provided by Barcode Datalink . Any additional costs associated with this are beyond our control .
19 . Barcode Datalink strongly recommends installing a Motorola wireless network as opposed to any other brand .
20 . Barcode Datalink provides full onsite training for any software / hardware that we supply . In this case , how to use , maintain and care for the mobile computers .
21 . Barcode Datalink does NOT provide training for Pronto software . Ie how to pick orders , stocktake etc . 22 . Barcode Datalink does NOT provide Pronto programming services . 23 . Please let me know if price is an issue since we aim to match any other competitors written quote – however we feel that our level of service and expertise is worth the little extra that you may pay for long term piece of mind – considering this is supposed to be a long term business partnership – not just dropping off a few boxes . 24 . Zebra warranty is 12 months return to base . 6 months on the print head .
25 . Barcode Datalink provides loan Zebra printers should you have a problem with your Zebra printer .
