- Free phone support to help with simple issues , ie re-calibrate - A loan printer within 24 hours if your printer is faulty or damaged
If Barcode Datalink is called onsite and the issue is operator error and not a fault in the printer , a call out fee will be charged .
Service calls for cleaning and maintenance are charged for as mentioned previously on page 9 .
Out of warranty :
Barcode Datalink supplies our customers free loan gear so long as we repair the Zebra printer .
Regardless or warranty status , if we can ’ t fix your printer onsite we provide a loan unit .
