- Free phone support to help with simple issues, ie re-calibrate- A loan printer within 24 hours if your printer is faulty or damaged
If Barcode Datalink is called onsite and the issue is operator error and not a fault in the printer, a call out fee will be charged.
Service calls for cleaning and maintenance are charged for as mentioned previously on page 9.
Out of warranty:
Barcode Datalink supplies our customers free loan gear so long as we repair the Zebra printer.
Regardless or warranty status, if we can’ t fix your printer onsite we provide a loan unit.
