PINAKAMAHIRAP na sigurong
mararanasan satin ay yung tigilan
yung mga bagay na nakasanayan
nating gawin. Isa na dito ang
masasamang bisyo katulad ng
pag inom. Nakasanayan na natin
mag inom pag may okasyon sa
pamilya, pag na pag trippan lang
ng barkada, pag walang magawa
at pag broken ang isa sating mga
kaibigan. Ang sabi nila ”lahat ng
masarap ay bawal” pero bakit
kung ano pa nga ba yung masarap
ayun pa yung bawal? Katulad na
lang din sa pag iinom, sabi nila
ang masarap daw ang alak pero
mas masarap daw ang kwentuhan
ng hatid nito.
Hindi natin alam sa
bawat inom natin ng alak may
kapalit ito. Alchol is an addictive
substance, pag tinuloy tuloy mo
ang pag aabuso sayong katawan
tiyak na may paglalagyan ka.
Dahil nga nakaka-adik ang
alak, minsan makakaramdam

rape ng hindi namamalayan dahil
wala sa wisyo, tinatawagan si ex
at naalala ang lahat ng sakit na
nararamdaman,
nagkakainitan
sa isang maliit na bagay na kung
minsan ay umaabot pa to sa
suntukan at ang pagmamanehong
lasing at kung minsan ay
nababawian ng buhay ang kung

to Wikipedia, sleeping is a naturally
recurring state of mind and body,
characterized by altered consciousness,
relatively inhibited sensory activity,
inhibition of nearly all voluntary
muscles, and reduced interactions
with surroundings. It is also one of the
primary need of our body besides from
a simple rest. Obviously speaking,
sleeping has a good benefits to our
body system that can give perks to our
daily basis. However, there are things
that lie behind it that we do not know
occurring while we are asleep.
On the first thought, we
would think that these advantages
that we will tackle in this article only
ensue in our sleep but there’s more
beyond that. Before that, here are some
benefits that we can gain in sleeping:
Sleep helps reduce stress, it can react
by producing an elevated level of stress
hormones, which are a natural result of
today’s faster paced lifestyles. Deep
and regular sleep can help prevent this.
Ever noticed that when you’re really
tired it’s harder to remember things?
Basically this is your brain telling you
that it’s not getting enough sleep. Sleep
can improve your memory. When you
sleep well, your body may be resting
but your brain is busy organizing
and storing memories, so getting
more quality sleep will help you
remember and process things better.
Sleep deprivation and deficiency can
trigger such ailments that might lead
to excessive complication to health
primarily to the immune system. Sleep
also plays an important role in your
physical health. Our daily attitude and
behavior should be monitored for our
social life, sleeping also might be the
cause of our mood swings that can
affect not just our performance but also
the people around us. The better you
sleep, the better your ability to stay,
calm, controlled and reasonable. Along
with this, even grabbing a quick nap in
the daytime can contribute towards
making your brain more effective and
productive. Perhaps, we are feeling
at ease from what was stated above
but these aren’t just what arise when
sleeping.
There are inexplicable and
unpleasant sensations accompanying
sleep that made me inquisitive to this
topic. They are so intriguing that it put
me in the state of uncertainty. Believe
it or not these phenomenas are factual
and still happening to us. Hypnagogic
or hypnopompic hallucination is
a visual, tactile, auditory, or other
sensory events, usually brief but
occasionally prolonged, that occur
at the transition from wakefulness to
sleep (hypnagogic) or from sleep to
wakefulness (hypnopompic). It literary
comes when a person is in between
of wakefulness and sleep, a muscle
spasms or body part that twitches
will suddenly occur spontaneously or
may induce by sound, light or other
external stimuli. Some scientists
believe certain factors, such as stress,
anxiety, fatigue, caffeine, alcohol and
drugs, may increase the frequency or
severity of hypnic jerks, one form of
involuntary muscle twitches called
myoclonus, but conclusive research
is lacking on the subject. These
hallucinations are more common
in teens and young adults, with the
number of hallucinations decreasing
with age. Females appear more likely
to experience these hallucinations than
males. Another one is sleep talking,
a condition that is absolutely not
dangerous psychologically, the person
usually suffers from somniloquy, a
parasomnia that refers to talking aloud
while asleep. It usually occurs by itself
and is most often harmless. However,
in some cases, it might be a sign of a
more serious sleep disorder or health
condition. Moreover, sleepwalking is
the opposite state of sleep paralysis,
they are consciously asleep, but muscle
paralysis does not occur. In their
sleep, people can walk, clean, or even
leave the house, which is often very
dangerous. In the morning, they don’t
remember anything. Probable causes
of this is if your family have a history
of sleepwalking, you’re 10 times more
likely to do so than someone from a
family with no sleepwalkers. Certain
medication, fever, emotional stress,
on a chaotic sleep schedule, substance
abuse, might be the causes of these
two disorders. Does waking up from a
dream and another dream ever happens
to you? False awakening is a state
where the person sees a dream, then
wakes up, but strange things continue
to happen to him. It turns out he was
just dreaming that he woke up. Official
science can’t explain why this happens.
As false awakenings occur commonly
without any associated psychiatric or
physical illness, it is unlikely that they
represent any abnormal pathology,
still difficult to explain. The last one
is commonly one of the oldies want
to come about, if they want to see the
future results of lotto or any stake that
they are hitting. Sudden enlightenment
during sleep, state of the subconscious
mind where we cannot find a solution
to a problem for a long time, so we
constantly think about it and then, in
a dream, it abruptly gives us a clue.

imagine: Hypnagogic hallucinations
on the other hand, happens when a
person is on the verge of sleeping but
still awake, he sees weird pictures
before his eyes, often these are
demonic creatures. This is one of a few
types of hallucination that mentally
healthy people may have. Children
have them more often, which could
be the reason they don’t want to go to
sleep. Another terrifying stuff happens
when you are half asleep is hypnagogic
sleep paralysis. It is believed that it
was caused by a disturbed rapid eye
movement cycle because it mostly
happens as people are falling into
or coming out of REM sleep. The
person wakes up at night and cannot
move. Added to this are spine-chilling
hallucinations and a feeling that there is
someone else in the room like literally,
not figuratively speaking, you have
someone beside you or just above you.
It really creeps me out! Increased level
of stress, irregularity of sleep, use of
hallucinogenic drugs, sleeping while
lying on the back (take not of these),
these following conditions increase the
risk of experiencing sleep paralysis.
Out-of-body experience or known
as astral projection, the existence
of a soul or consciousness called an
“astral body” that is separate from the

alam kung paano ka makakaiwas
sa alak. Pero mas magandang
unti-untiin mo na ang pag inom
hanggang sa dumating na ang panahon na ‘di mo na gugustuhin
ang alak. Ngayong tag-ulan, piliin
uminom ng mainit na sabaw kesa
uminom ng malamig na alak.
Hindi madali mag bago ng buhay,

Mas masayang mabuhay sa future

Nasanay tayo na ang mga artistang
napapanood natin sa teleserye ay
mapapanood ulit natin sa susunod na
teleserye na pagbibidahan nila. Kaya
naman ang ibang fans ay natutuwa
dahil matatapos lang ang kwento
ng storya pero hindi matutuldukan
ang pagtatambal sa teleserye o
pelikula. Ang hindi mapaghiwa-
hiwalay na loveteams sating bansa
ay ang JaDine, LizQuen, AlDub at
KathNiel. Na pagkatapos ng kani-
kanilang teleserye ay makikita naman
natin sila sa mga pelikulang hatid ng
kanilang tv networks. Pero isa lang
naman ang plano ng mga teleserye,
ito ay ang malibang at mapasaya ang
bawat pilipinong mahilig manood ng
telebisyon.
Ngunit sa kabilang banda,
binago ng Kdrama o Korean Drama
ang buhay ng bawat Pilipino. Naging
hayok na ang bawat kababaihan
sa mga koreanong nakikita nila sa
kdrama, katulad nila Lee Jong Suk,
Nam Joo Hyuk, Gong Yoo at Lee Min
Hoo. Bakit nga ba ang mga Pilipino
ay naakit sa kdrama? Ang kdrama ay
mayroong 16 to 20 episodes at ang
dalawang episodes ay pinapalabas
sa isang linggo. Kung sa kwentong
kdrama at teleserye wala itong halos
pinagkaiba sa kwento, ngunit sa bawat
episodes ay meron dahil ang kdrama
ay lumalaan lang ng isang buwan at
ang teleserye naman ay inaabot mg
isang taon. Ika nga nila “kinain na ng
sistema” sa mga oppa na nagbibigay
effort sa kanilang mga leading lady
para mapatunayan ang kanilang
totoong nararamdaman.
Dahil nga iilan lang ang
episodes ng kdrama, may pinipiling
manood ng on going kdrama para
maging updated sila sa storya at hindi
sila ma spoil ng kanilang mga kaibigan.
At ang karamihan naman na nanonood ng kdrama, ay pinapatapos muna ang
storya at saka ito uumpisahan. Sa
pagtatapos ng isang kdrama, andyan na
yung mga fans na nanghihingi ng copy,
sinisimulan na idownload ang nasabing
palabas. Pag andyan na, sisimulan na
nya manood ng kdrama. Katulad nga
ng nasabi na kokonti ang episodes ng
kdrama, napupuyat ang mga Pilipino
kakanood nito dahil nabibitin sila sa
pinapanood nilang isa o dalawang
episodes. At hihirit pa ulit yan ng isa
pang episode pag nabitin, hanggat di
na nila namalayan na inumaga na sila
kakanood ng kdrama.
Kung tutuusin ‘di lang
romance meron ang kdrama, meron
din itong ibang genre na wala ang
mga teleserye. Aminin man natin o
hindi ang kaya lang ibigay ng teleserye
sating mga Pilipino ay drama at heavy
drama. Kumbaga ang kdrama ay isang
sari-sari store, maraming pwedeng
pag pilian dahil marami silang genre.
Katulad nga ng nasaad ay meron
silang romcom na kinahuhumalingan
ng halos lahat, fantasy, thriller, horror,
suspense, medical at historical drama.
Kahit ano man genre yan ay tiyak na
papanoorin yan ng bawat Pilipinong
mahilig sa kdrama, pag nakakita sila
ng bagong aangkinin nilang oppa.
Saaking pananaw, kaya
nakuha ng kdrama ang loob ng mga
Pilipino dahil sa mga oppa nilang
tawagin o mga gwapong koreano.
Dahil dito nakikita nila ang kanilang
ideal man sa kwento, na handang iwan
ng oppa ang lahat pati kayamanan nya
para lang makasama ang minamahal
nitong babae. Sa madaling salita,
nabubulag tayo sa isang fantasy.
Naiimagine natin na, isang araw may
gagawa satin nga mga napapanood
natin sa kdrama. Na may isang taong
magbibigay satin ng payong pag
naglalad tayo sa ulanan at yun na pala
ang makakasama natin habang buhay.
Kaya naman ang ilan ay nagsusuot
ng pink na hoodie o nagpapalagay ng
bangs at inaasahan nila na dumating at
dadating na kanilang oppa ng buhay
nila.
Hindi lang kwento ang
kinaadikan ng mga Pinoy sa kdrama,
kahit ang mga lenggwahe nga mga
ito ay natutunan na nila, katulad ng
annyeong (hello, hi, goodbye) na
nagpapahiwatig ng pagbati) saranghae
(I love you) na sinasabi sa taong
mahal mo, kamshamida (thank you)
pagsasabi ng salamat at kung ano ano
pa. At ang ilan pa nga ay pumunta na
ng South Korea para mapuntahan ang
ilang places na nakikita nila sa Kdrama
Walang masama sa pagnood
ng kdrama, hindi rin masama na kiligin
sa storya nito dahil ang plano talaga ng
kdrama ay mag pasaya sa bawat tao.
Pero, ingatan lang ang kalusugan dahil
sa pagpupuyat sa Kdrama ay pupwede
tayong magkasakit. Kumbaga hinay
hinay lang tayo sa kdrama at ibalanse
natin ang ating kalusugan dahil
madalas nakakalimutan na natin
kumain sa tamang oras dahil. Tandaan
mo, pag ‘di mo iningatan ang sarili mo
‘di mo matatagpuan ang isang oppang
pinapangarap mo.
