Sa swimming secondary level, nagkamit ng anim na gold at isang silver medal si Leeya Beatriz Marbella ng Saint Bridget College (SBC). Isang gold at dalawang fourth placer naman ang natanggap ng estudyante ng Batangas Christian School na si Jake Ellis Evangelista. Para naman sa swimming elementary level, nakamit ni Hugh Antonio Parto ng SBC ang isang gold, isang silver, dalawang bronze medals at tatlong fourth placer. Karamihan sa mga silver at bronze medals ay nakamit ng mga public schools. Ang kinatawan ng St. Therese of the Child Jesus Multiple Intelligence School na si Raeka Raine Perez ay tumanggap ng isang gold medal sa taekwondo (elementary) at silver medal naman ang kay Antonio Miguel Pascual ng Batangas State University para sa basketball (elementary). Pinangunahan nina Batangas Governor Hermilando Mandanas, Batangas City Vice Mayor Jun Berberabe, Division of Schools Superintendent Dr. Donato Bueno ang delegasyon kasama sina Manolo Perlada at Vanessa de Guzman bilang kinatawan ni Mayor Beverley Dimacuha, at Nick Asi, education program supervisor ng MAPEH.
