Parez said the restaurant looks forward to its future with the area’s local residents.
“We have had a lot of support from the local area and we’ve tried to support them as well,” Parez said. “This area is definitely seeming to grow, so we’re trying to grow with it.”
The area’s potential for growth is something Kavanaugh said the city has looked forward to since it began its efforts to rebuild 12 years ago.
