Your tenants can access the Move-In form from an email link or a link on your property's website. There they will be directed to a form specific for their unit (I.e. if it is 2 bedrooms, the form will reflect that specfic floor plan), so it is intutive for the end-user. The form will work on all devices, including iOsS, Andorid, and Windows.
Using a smartphone or tablet, your new resident can walk around the unit and check the condition of various attributes. If there is a problem or damage or soemthing requesting maintentance, your tenant can use their mobile device's bult-in camera to instantly snap a picture, add notes, and add thet image to the final form. As they fill out the form, the back-end is taking note of the items that need repair or attention. Once the form is submitted, the property manager can easily trigger notirications to maintenance staff to attend to the issue and see the photos submitted by the reisent.
Once mainteance has repaired the unti, the form's workflows is completed and the form is stored until the unit requires a move-out inspection, where teh proeprty manager can walk around the unit and ensure no damage were caused by the tenant. The eForm will maintain a complete records of history so that you have the complete history of the unit and phoots of damages always attached.
Each eForm can be reviewed with a dashboard for 'pending tasks' that allow your property manager complete insight into work being done at the property, and even allows for automatied messages to your residents to keep them 'in the loop' as to waht is going on and when they can excpect a visit from maintenance.
This technology can be applied to any form used at your propert, is completely cusomizable to mirror the 'look and feel' of your company's brand, and can accelerate the process of getting work done on time.
The leasing office of the future is here, and it is completely mobile, completely secure, and completely automated.
