having completed her tenure in Good Standing, thereby granting
immediate Legacy Status (see Article III, Section 3(D)) to her
Child(ren) irrespective of their age or if they continue to participate in
the Organization.
h.

The right to sponsor a prospective member.

i.

Once the Member completes her Active membership tenure in Good
Standing, she shall have the right to grant Legacy Status privileges to
her female Child(ren) and the female spouse(s) of her male Child(ren)
(see Article III, Section 3(D)).

7.

Duties of Active Members: to maintain Good Standing, Members must
meet the following requirements each Program Year:
a.

Members must be Financial

b.

Members must participate in the Chapter’s fundraiser for
Foundation.

c.

Members must attend Mothers’ Meetings. Absence from three (3) or
more Mothers’ Meetings within one (1) Program Year shall be cause
for Involuntary Termination (see the SWSDRCP for guidelines).

d.

Members must attend one National OR one Mothers’ Conference
OR one Regional area workday OR cluster within each four year
period for the duration of their membership tenure.

e.

Members must serve on at least one (1) Chapter committee
(Standing or Special) throughout the Program Year.

f.

A Member must sponsor at least one activity per child for each of
their children’s age-groups. Chapter-Sponsored Events do not
qualify as member-sponsored Age-Group Activities (unless approved
by a majority of the Chapter Membership at a Mothers’ Meeting or a
Special Meeting).

g.

Members must participate in at least one Chapter-Sponsored Event
per Program Year.
Participation includes planning and/or
attendance.

h.

Members must ensure that each of their children participate in AgeGroup Activities in that child’s age group. A Child’s absence from
three (3) or more Age-Group Activities shall be cause for
