travel (once actual costs can be calculated more accurately) the
Chapter shall review and revise the travel budgets (as necessary).
Any amounts deemed to be required beyond those budgeted
shall be reviewed by the Budget and Finance Committee which
will make a recommendation to the Chapter regarding revisions
to the relevant travel budget. The Chapter will consider the
matter and shall make the final decision regarding any revisions
to the relevant travel budget and the overall Chapter budget as
affected thereby.
