KIOSC Discovery Centre at Swinburne University Wantirna Campus is an award winning, environmentally friendly educational facility that connects students to their role in
creating a sustainable future in a state-of the-art, hands on environment.
KIOSC Pathway Programs
Taster Days enable Year 10 (or Yr. 9) students to experience activities related to future study
and careers, Workshops are delivered by Swinburne, and are selected from: Engineering,
Electrotechnology, Printing & Graphic Arts & Design, Laboratory Skills, Horticulture, Building
& Construction, Allied Health and Community Services etc.
Career Development Programs assist students in Year 9 and/or 10 to explore career options
and analyse and develop their own interests, capabilities and employability.
VCE Enhancement Programs using KIOSC’s outstanding laboratory to support VCE studies
in Chemistry and Biology will be available later in 2014.
