Objectives
Santini is currently aiming to grow. Six
decades after launching its first store, Santini’s
brand is a very consolidated one. For this reason, Santini believes that it has what is needed to be able to expand. The brand is planning
to do it in a controlled way, by entering into
new markets, without taking imprudent risks.
Santini does not intend to lessen the quality of
its products, so it grows in a pace, allowing the
brand to sustain its unique characteristics.

Beyond ice creams, Santini offers
baked goods, chocolate-based sweets, and
Santini apparel and tools. However, these
products are not primarily focused on.
The way in which the ice cream is supplied in the store is similar to the way most ice
cream parlors organize it. The customer can
choose a cup or a cone and the number of
scoops desired, these ranging from one to
four. For those customers who plan on buying
larger quantities to eat at home, Santini sells
ice cream boxes varying from 500ml to
2000ml.

Price
Santini has a vast product line consisting of 68 different ice cream flavors. However, these are not available throughout the
entire year. Given that some of the ice cream
flavors require seasonal fruits, these are only
available during the respective seasons. This is
the case for the cherry ice cream, which is only served from May to June; and the tangerine
ice cream, which is offered from January to
February. Moreover, Santini tries to get its
supplies from the best regions with the objective to ensure the maximum quality possible as it is the case for the figs from the Algarve,
the pineapple from S. Miguel Island, and the
hazelnuts from the South of Europe. Additionally, Santini offers other flavors besides traditional “fruit- based” ones. The company has a
