Skype Quiz

The annual Skype Quiz for older residents was
held at Newhaven Social Club in December.
We’ve been running Resident Involvement
Taster Sessions. Residents have heard about
the ways residents can get involved with
AmicusHorizon, everything from Mystery
Shopping to becoming a Governance member.
Participating teams enjoyed fish and chips whilst
concentrating on the six categories of questions. The
winners are based at Royal Terrace in St Leonards.
Well done to all involved!
After completing a range of activities, residents’ skills
were reviewed and each resident was matched to at
least one role. We also took into account their free
time, interests and skills.
Several residents were recommended to join the East
Sussex Area Panel because they’re solution focused
and have great attention to detail.
All residents said the taster sessions were fun and
informal and gave them more understanding of how
they can get involved.
