9. How well do you handle situations in which you are under a lot of stress?

a. I become very anxious and feel like I am out of control

b. Anxiety and worry overtake me and I sometimes panic

c. I occasionally feel like I'm out of control in these situations

d. I usually am able to deal with it without any huge problems or loss of sleep, etc.

10. Do you avoid eye contact a lot?

a. I hate eye contact- it makes me nervous

b. I usually avoid it if I can

c. It's okay- not a big problem
