Strategic Thinking Skills Next Generation Leadership –
Trust & Engagement
Based on the latest thinking
and research on strategy, this
course uses real examples and
an immersive case study to bring
strategic concepts to life, whilst
providing an opportunity to apply
tools and techniques learnt to a
real industry. The course is in three parts.
This course seeks to provide
the tools to enable a person to
effectively analyse a company’s
position in the view to taking
effective strategic decisions that
will determine the future direction
of the company.
First, leaders attend a 1 day
introductory workshop where they
will identify the 6 key drivers of
engagement and review their own
personalised feedback. 6 weeks
later there is a 2-day workshop
where they are introduced to the
power of CHOICE as a mental model,
guiding them to identify and make
any needed adjustments to their
leadership style and behaviours.
Six weeks later, a 1-day workshop
reviews progress in implementing
the CHOICE model.
Managing People Effectively Running Effective Meetings
A comprehensive ThirdBrain™
course covering the key aspects of
people management. Meetings have become part of our
everyday working lives but there
are good and bad meetings. Bad
meetings drag on incessantly, you
never seem to get to the point, and
you leave wondering why you were
even there.
Do some people seem to be
natural managers and get on with
everyone? We explore this and
other questions in this course
where you will take an active
part in management simulations
which recreate the key aspects of
managing a department or team.
These learning-by-doing activities
are supported with theory input
and guidance from a ThirdBrain™
facilitator to really understand
what is going on.
Effective meetings leave everyone
involved feeling that you’ve
really accomplished something
and everyone leaves energised.
This course will teach you the
differences between the two, how
to run good meetings and what to
do if you find yourself in a bad one!
