The way we work
At the foundation of everything we do at
Specsavers are the ‘Way We Work’ behaviours:
This section will help you navigate the
development on offer for every stage of your
career at Specsavers, based on our five core
behaviours. There is a separate section to
help you develop the Leading and Managing
behaviours on pages 20-25.
On the following pages you will find each
behaviour with some examples of what the
development activity could be.
These examples are provided to:
• Enable you to take ownership of your
personal development through the
Discuss it, Study it, Try it model
• Help you put together an effective
personal development plan (PDP) to
drive your development at every stage of
your career
• Support you in being the best you can be
• This guide offers some ideas to get
you started but is by no means an
exhaustive list. Remember iLearn is
updated regularly with more content and
development for you!
