related information from your business to the
Capricorn head office, reducing or removing the need
for administration processing by you at the end of
each month.
CAPLink is the primary transaction method used by
Capricorn to obtain invoicing data from our Preferred
Suppliers.
CAPLink is the transaction mechanism that a
Preferred Supplier should use if a Member wishes to
pay for their purchase from you via their Capricorn
account.
CAPlink is provided to our Preferred Suppliers
and makes doing business with Capricorn and its
Members simpler and efficient, as well as ensuring
increased security. Employee training is provided
on installation and available after installation when
required.
You can obtain instant access to Members’ credit
status and receive immediate authorisation on
transactions, and send them directly to Capricorn.
CAPLink integrates the daily broadcast to be
automatically integrated into your system,
immediately informing you electronically of any
changes that could affect you trading with Members.
