What is CAPLink? CAPLink is a software program that automates the sales process. It streamlines the flow of Capricorn related information from your business to the Capricorn head office, reducing or removing the need for administration processing by you at the end of each month. CAPLink is the primary transaction method used by Capricorn to obtain invoicing data from our Preferred Suppliers. CAPLink is the transaction mechanism that a Preferred Supplier should use if a Member wishes to pay for their purchase from you via their Capricorn account. CAPlink is provided to our Preferred Suppliers and makes doing business with Capricorn and its Members simpler and efficient, as well as ensuring increased security. Employee training is provided on installation and available after installation when required. You can obtain instant access to Members’ credit status and receive immediate authorisation on transactions, and send them directly to Capricorn.
