PRODUCT & SUPPLIER MAINTENANCE
• Use the Product Change Form for item maintenance( including pack changes). First, choose a form type and then fill in all the required fields that highlight in yellow( a disposition will need to be selected for pack changes, size changes, and brand changes)
• Please submit a completed form for each product along with the most updated manufacture specification sheet to Supplier Support.
• If the broker is submitting the form, please provide a letterhead from the supplier stating the item is being discontinued. If it is not possible to provide this letter, please list a supplier contact email on the form.
• Please fill out the form completely and remember to choose a disposition
• Once the disc / replace process is initiated by Supplier Support, it will take approximately 30-45 days for the product to show as manufacture discontinued status in CONNECT Supplier ®
• Use the Supplier Information Form
• Delivery method changes or Freight Cost Review go to Freight Request Ticket Submission
• Pick up location changes should be sent to Supplier Support
