these items could result in disqualification.
You will be disqualified if you fail to listen to
a marshal or traffic official as a result of wearing earphones.

years, it has become much more than just a
running expo, and now includes top sporting

sports and sporting tours, to name just a few.
It is an opportunity for all sports enthusiasts to
experience the latest trends in the running and
sporting arena and to be part of the exciting

running with a pole is subject to disqualification and ban from future Two Oceans Marathon
events. The only runners permitted to have poles for the event are the officially appointed athletes,
e.g. pacesetters and #GOGREEN ambassadors. Participants may not display any commercial
advertising or political or religious references/slogans.
