We all have ups and downs- one moment we’ re on top of the world, and the next we’ re bogged down by to-do lists. Life involves continuous stressors that our bodies and minds must handle. Our daily surroundings evolve, including work, family, changing seasons and diet which can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed.
