• Lie in a face down position over the centre line of the board.
• Rest on forearms, shoulders should be positioned over elbows.
• Maintain a neutral spine.
• Look down.

Side plank:

• Lie on your side over the centre line of the board.
• Place one foot behind the other, resting on your forearm.
• Your elbow should be directly under your shoulder.
• Contract your core and raise your hips until your body is in a straight line from head to feet.
