Rising tide raises all ships
The Excelsior-Lake Minnetonka Chamber of Commerce is proud to serve the Excelsior and Minnetonka area . We are a membership-based private 501 ( c ) 6 organization that works to promote a thriving business community through events , advocacy , networking , exposure and education .
We are not a government organization or a taxing body , we work in the best interest of our stakeholders .
Retaining businesses as well as supporting and shopping locally , helps to continue to drive a heightened quality of life for residents and a beautiful area for guests to visit .
At the ELMCC we are welcoming the spring thaw and continuing with a momentum that we have seen over the last 18 months . In 2023 we welcomed 78 new members , and in 2024 we have already welcomed 32 new members .
We have over 200 active members of the chamber and we are seeing magnificent engagement and a spirit of partnering together for the greater good .
Our members are focusing on doing business with each other , referring each other to potential clients and customers , and working together to benefit each other . It is an incredible synergy to be a part of . The chamber has a staff of two . President and CEO Tiffany King and Events Manager Carolynne Telford , and it is governed by a board of directors . We are also thankful for the hundreds of volunteers who make everything we do possible year after year . We host 13 events throughout the year , and coming up in 2024 we have Art on the Lake along with Paint the Port , our annual Golf Outing , Apple Days , Witches Night Out , Spooky Sprint , and more .
