RECIPE FROM THE CHEF Recipe It’s grill season and this is an easy healthy meal that is great grilled outside. It goes great with grilled vegetables and a nice salad! You can also use Tuna Steaks, Swordfish Steaks, or Mahi. from the Chef Happy Grilling! Kevin Heim Executive Chef Grilled Maple Soy Glazed Salmon Filet Serves 3 to 4 people Ingredients • ½ Cup Maple Syrup • ½ Cup Soy Sauce • ½ Cup Sweet Thai Chili Sauce • ½ Cup Fresh Lemon Juice • ¼ Cup Minced Fresh Garlic • ¼ Cup Minced Fresh Ginger • 1 Tsp. Sea Salt • ½ Tsp. Coarse Grind Black Pepper • 2 lb. Fresh Salmon Filet Directions In a small bowl mix the marinade ingredients. Place the salmon in a shallow glass baking dish and coat with the maple soy mixture. Cover the dish and marinate the salmon in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes turning once. Fire up the grill and cook to your liking! 7
