The proposed Uni Connect infrastructure will ensure key colleagues possessing strategic development responsibility within partner institutions are engaged in the planning and decisionmaking processes of the programme . This will provide further assurance that planned Uni Connect activity provides additionally for young people in the OfS target wards . The SUN has created a monitoring and evaluation response plan to address the impact of disruption to the programme ( e . g . COVID 19 ). The Head of SUN will also review this evaluation plan on a regular basis ( 3-4months ) to ensure objectives reflect the context of the programme . The Head of SUN has produced a Business Continuity Plan which the SUN staff will follow in the case of an external incident
