I feel awful that I did not check the qualifications closer and verify this requirement. It was a painful reminder to remember to slow down, double check the requirements, and be sure that they are met. I apologize to the Committee - Co-Chairs, Mary Sue Knutson, CLA, and Afton Basden, CP, members Lorelee Clay, Becky Hillerud, Debi Osterby, Donna Seright, and Mitzi Sundheim and to the WDALA membership for this error.
I find it hard to believe that it has been almost a year that since I took over as WDALA President. I am honored to serve and to be considered for another term. Thank you to the members that have agreed to have their name listed as a candidate for office. I challenge you to consider volunteering for a committee – there will be a number to fill - we are always looking for help.
