Special mention to Zoe ! She won a silver medal in the team awards for group work . Congratulations Zoe ! Zoe says that what helped her win was :
“ Lucky number 7 !”
She said she used it as a lucky symbol to keep going each time she saw it .
We ended the day off with a celebratory barbeque hosted outside by YCIS . We had our own hotdog making station with the hotdog , bacon , sauce , caramelized onions and several toppings . We even had a chips station and a drinks station ! Thank you YCIS for hosting this year ’ s Math Olympiad . We had an incredible time and we hope we can come again next year .
