Feel stronger as you move through life! This class focuses on posture and alignment while combining strength, stability, and mobility exercises to improve your over movement for a happier more confident you!

A little bit dance moves and a little bit balance work. Move between freestyle dance to get the body moving and then slow down to focus on balance. Finish class with a stretch.
