We have four lighted sand volleyball courts available for league play at Flick Park . Teams of six will play a 7-game season followed by a single elimination tournament . All teams make the playoffs .

Post season tournament will occur at the end of the regular season . Fee includes two player teams with an option to add an alternate to your roster at no additional fee . Teams can be same gender or mixed gender .

This dynamic exercise class specifically addresses common symptoms associated with Parkinson ’ s disease . Classes incorporate traditional boxing drills along with agility , strength , and mobility exercises to help improve balance , mobility and endurance . All ability levels are welcome , and no boxing experience is necessary !
