How many years have you lived in Glenview ? I ' ve resided in Glenview for 37 years .
Why did you choose to run for / serve as a Park Board Commissioner ? The Park District is one of the real jewels of our community because of hard work and dedication by many members of the community . To ensure that continued , I sought out a good way to put my interests and skills to use for the good of our whole community .
What has been the most rewarding part of serving on the Park Board ? Making it possible for our residents to enjoy all the great programs and facilities while keeping quality high , customer service front and center , staff supported and energized , and costs and taxes as low as possible .
What is one thing you want Glenview Park District residents to know about the Park District ? The Park District staff works very , very hard to enable all our residents and participants to enjoy fantastic programs and facilities at the Park District .

What ’ s something about you that not many people know ? I have been to all 50 states and over 100 countries and territories . Also , I have completed three half marathons and two sprint triathlons .
How many years have you lived in Glenview ? I ' ve been a longtime resident for 49 years .
Why did you choose to run for / serve as a Park Board Commissioner ? Volunteering to serve as a Park Commissioner was a good way to say thank you for everything the Glenview Park District has done in the past , and is still doing for people in Glenview .
What has been the most rewarding part of serving on the Park Board ? Learning about the variety of program offerings and facilities , and how it all comes together to benefit our citizens .
What is one thing you want Glenview Park District residents to know about the Park District ? There are many diverse and unique opportunities open to everyone to enhance people ' s lives .
What ’ s something about you that not many people know ? I was born and raised in the Soybean Capital of the World .
