Early Drop-off/Late Pick-Up
Students may be dropped off for camp no more than half an hour before the
start of camp and picked up no later than half an hour after the end of camp.
Please contact Camp Director Mary Hopkins (mary.hopkins@stewardschool.
org) if further care is needed. use of epinephrine for life-threatening emergencies will be asked to keep their
devices with them at all times (a small backpack works well). Our license from
the Department of Social Services does not permit us to distribute medication
of any kind. However, most camp counselors and coaches are trained in CPR
and first aid.

Lunch Supervision
If your camper participates in a morning camp and wants to stay for an
afternoon camp, supervision is required. Campers should bring bagged lunches
every day, and they will eat in the Dining Commons under the supervision of
Steward camp staff.
Photography and Videography
Unless we receive a written letter to the contrary, The Steward School
exercises the right to use any photographs and/or video taken of individuals
participating in the Summer Experience in its promotional publications and
online.

IImportant notice to parents of campers with allergies: The Steward School
camps are NOT peanut, wheat, dairy, or allergen free. We make every
reasonable accommodation for campers with allergies. If your child is allergic
to certain foods, we ask that you provide a snack each day. If your child is in
a camp where cooking or food preparation is part of the curriculum, please
