SAT PREP
Take advantage of the summer to brush up on your test-taking skills before
the SAT. The SAT Strategies Program is designed to improve scores, increase
confidence, and reduce testing stress. All areas of the new version of the
test are covered in this class. Verbal instruction will focus on techniques for
achievement in both the Language and Critical Reading test sections, while
also strengthening writing and editing skills. Math instruction will review
skills including number sense, algebra, geometry, probability, and statistics,
while also learning how to approach multi-layer questions. Both sessions will
focus on standardized testing strategies applicable to both the SAT and ACT,
