EDIBLE EDUCATION: EDIBLE ESSENTIALS
EDIBLE EDUCATION: OPEN A BAKERY
If you are a beginner chef, this is the camp for you! The Edible Education chefs
will take you through the basics of cooking starting with the number one chef
item: eggs. Campers will then have the ability to test their new skills each day
with more challenging dishes throughout the week. Sample menu: omelets,
flatbread pizzas, and better burgers. This is a very popular camp – it fills up fast! Do you dream of cookies, cakes, and
pies? In this fun baking class, you will practice math, science, and more. The
menu will include fruit pies, quick breads, cookies, and muffins, just to name
a few items. Your family will love the results! Parents and family members are
welcome to stop by on the last day to sample the confections made in camp.
