The results are in from this year ’ s Arif Sarfraz Third Annual Squash Tournament . The Seventh / Eighth Grade Champion was William S . ’ 22 ( left ), Runner-up was Robert C . ’ 22
LAX Champions !
Led by a strong defensive effort , including the third shutout of the season , the collective commitment to TEAM , with good sportsmanship and strong leadership at the forefront , resulted in Saint David ’ s tenth MPMSL lacrosse title in school history .
Everyone Is Special !
Pre-K boys loved David McKee ’ s Elmer books , which celebrate how special and unique everyone is , so much that they created Elmer-inspired outfits and decorations . They also challenged themselves to learn Ogden Nash ’ s poem , “ The Elephant .”
To the Moon !
Look ! It ’ s Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong ! Our Pre-K boys took the controls of the Starship Saint David ’ s enroute to the Moon . Learning about space exploration couldn ’ t be more fun .
Ton Shulton
In Third Grade art , boys studied Ton Shulton , a Dutch painter who is known for his landscapes , painted in bright blocks of color .
