BAILEY VOGE
Bailey Voge is an associate attorney with the Vogel Law Firm in Fargo . She practices in a variety of civil litigation practice areas and is licensed to practice in North Dakota and Minnesota .
Caldwell is originally from Hettinger and graduated from the University of Jamestown in 2014 with a bachelor of science in biology and a minor in French . After graduation , he worked as a paramedic and EMS educator , and continued his education , graduating from the University of Phoenix with a masters in business administration in 2016 . He attended the University of North Dakota ( UND ) School of Law and graduated in 2021 .
While attending law school , Caldwell was engaged in both academics and extracurriculars . He competed in moot court , earning runner-up in the 2019 Internal Moot Court Competition and representing UND at the West Virginia National Energy and Sustainability Moot Court Competition in the spring of 2020 , where he was awarded runner-up and best oralist . Caldwell was also a member of the “ Law Review ,” the Federalist Society , Phi Delta Phi , and the Student Bar Association . He served as a Torts teaching assistant and as an Academic Success teaching assistant . Caldwell was awarded the Lillian Elsinga Outstanding Student Leader Award in 2020 and 2021 and is in the Order of the Barristers .
Caldwell is licensed to practice in North Dakota state and federal courts , and is a member of the Inns of Court , Big Muddy Bar Association , North Dakota Defense Lawyers Association , and the Defense Research Institute . He and his wife have three daughters and enjoy spending time outdoors hunting , fishing , or camping in one of North Dakota ’ s many beautiful state parks .
Voge grew up in Glyndon , Minn ., and has always considered the Fargo-Moorhead area her home . She attended Minnesota State University Moorhead , graduating summa cum laude with a degree in criminal justice and a minor in political science . She then moved to Minneapolis to attend the University of Saint Thomas School of Law . During law school , Voge practiced as a student certified attorney and represented clients in the Elder Law and Guardianship Alternatives Clinic . She also served as a judicial extern for Referee Michael Lien in the Hennepin County Probate Court . Between her second and third year of law school , she was a summer associate with the Vogel Law Firm . After graduating cum laude , she joined the Vogel Law Firm in 2020 .
In her spare time , Voge enjoys hiking , spending time with her husband , friends , and family , and attending concerts .
