Alameda County Job Order Contracting
Alameda County recently held a Job Order Contracting (JOC) Information Meeting to inform local contractors about five (5) $1 million JOC contracts that will be bidding this summer. On Friday, July 12th, 2019, the initial seminar began with a morning session held in Dublin, CA and an afternoon session held in Hayward, CA. The goal of these seminars is to encourage Alameda County contractors to bid on JOC Contracts, and the County’s outreach efforts were clearly off to a good start, with 20 contractors attending at each location.
