TRAVIS R. JUNG MEGAN FLOM
MEREDITH CHILDRESS
Travis R. Jung is an associate attorney with Rosenquist & Arnason, P. C., in Fargo. He was born in Grand Forks and raised in Thief River Falls, Minn. He attended the University of North Dakota( UND), where he graduated in 2010 with a bachelor of arts degree in English. In 2011, Travis continued his education at the UND School of Law.
He graduated early from the UND School of Law and received his juris doctor in December 2013. Travis became licensed in all North Dakota state courts in May 2014, all North Dakota federal courts in June 2014, and all Minnesota state courts in October 2014.
Travis maintains a general practice in numerous areas of law, but his primary focus is on contested divorce and custody matters, estate planning, probate, and civil litigation. He is a member of the Red River Valley Estate Planning Council, CJA Panel, and has also completed a 40-hour training seminar in the area of family mediation.
Travis resides in Moorhead, Minn., with his wife, Chasity, and two sons, Knox, 3, and Brooks, 6 months. He spends a large part of his free time with his family at his lake cabin in Maple Lake, Minn., and hunting cabin near Fosston, Minn. Travis enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, waterskiing, and anything else involving the outdoors.
Megan Flom, R. N., J. D., is a native of Fargo. She received her bachelor of science in nursing from the University of North Dakota( UND) in 2004 and received her juris doctorate with honors from the UND School of Law in 2015.
Megan has more than ten years of experience in the healthcare industry. As a registered nurse, she has first-hand clinical experience in pediatrics, NICU, OB-GYN, medical-surgical, and same-day surgery. As an infection control nurse, she was instrumental in obtaining CMS accreditation for a newly established same-day surgery center.
She also has extensive experience in Medicare’ s DME appeals process. While working for a Medicare Administrative Contractor( MAC), she conducted review of beneficiary medical records to determine proper payment for Durable Medical Equipment. Megan also assisted in re-writing policies and regulations regarding Medicare coverage guidelines.
As an associate with Camrud, Maddock, Olson, & Larson, Ltd., Megan’ s practice consists primarily of health law, medical malpractice defense, and general litigation.
Meredith Childress, a Minot native, is an attorney with the Minot Regional Child Support Unit. She attended the University of North Dakota, graduating in 2005 with a degree in business management. Meredith attended the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Mich., graduating in 2011. While in law school, Meredith completed an externship with Legal Services of North Dakota in its Minot office.
Prior to her work with the child support unit, Meredith worked at the Mack Law Office in Rugby and also served as Assistant State’ s Attorney for Pierce County. Meredith lives in Rugby with her husband, James, and sons, Nathan and Jackson. She is a member of SBAND, the Ward County Bar, the American Bar Association, the SBAND Young Lawyers Section, where she is the secretary-treasurer, and the Rugby JayCees. In her spare time, Meredith enjoys reading, cooking, and being aspirational with what she pins on Pinterest.
