The Arctic Space Centre of the Finnish Meteorological Institute( FMI) in Sodankylä, Finland, has served as the lead partner. The Arctic University of Norway( UiT) in Narvik, Norway; Centria University of Applied Sciences in Ylivieska, Finland; and Luleå University of Technology( LTU) in Luleå, Sweden, have been project partners.

FMI applied its expertise in environmental monitoring using UAVs and UGVs, along with advanced equipment for winter conditions. UiT leveraged its control engineering and mechatronics expertise, particularly for UAVs. Centria contributed expertise in advanced technologies, including 3D scanning, 3D modeling, software development, and UAV / UGV development. LTU contributed skills in innovation, user-centered design, and models for digital service development.
