Virtual events were organized during September and October, bringing together more than 250 participants, including volunteers and staff from National Societies, key actors such as regional and international organizations, meteorological and scientific institutes, and academic institutions in the region.

Around 18 countries were represented at the FbF 2020 Coffee Mornings, including Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Bolivia, Uruguay, Spain and the United States of America.

A follow-up of the themes developed during 2020 is planned for 2021, as well as more webinars with new topics.
