I love Tostitos Salsa Con Queso and Desert Pepper Black Bean
Dip (both in the chip aisle) as flavor toppings. The con queso is
a cheese-like sauce with only 40 calories for two tablespoons.
I love it in tacos and with edamame pasta. The black bean dip
is a great topping for burgers and only has 25 calories for two
tablespoons!
I use one teaspoon of sesame
oil (40 calories) to add a
powerful punch of flavor for only
a few calories.
Gorgonzola cheese is also
powerfully flavored. I love to
sprinkle 1/3 ounce (30 calories)
on burgers. It feels decadent!
Cocoa powder, powdered peanut butter and Swerve sweetener
(or other erythritol crystals) = low calorie “reeces” cup. I use 1
teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder (5) and 1 tablespoon of
powdered peanut butter (25) + swerve sweetener (and
sometimes I also add a little splenda, too!). I mix in just enough
water to make a paste. Sometimes I mix in 10 grams of
oatmeal (35) and refrigerate it. This is my near nightly, low
calorie sweet treat! YUM!
