WHAT IS THE GREATEST CHALLENGE YOU ' VE FACED & HOW DID YOU OVERCOME THIS CHALLENGE?
Getting information has been his greatest challenge. He had no experience as a farmer and, therefore, had to learn a lot while in the field. There is a lot that must be done when preparing the land for farming. However, seeing the final product makes the toil worthwhile. if you’ re a garbage collector, you should always strive to be the best.
Who inspires you and why?
This question took him back to his Softsheen Carson days. He worked with Judy Powell who was also a marketing manager. She had admirable qualities that made her stand out as a force to be reckoned with. She was determined and later became his mentor and adviser. Her guidance has helped him take greater responsibility as a global citizen and given him a holistic view of the world.

What tips would you give to other people trying to start their own businesses?
Find a mentor. His mentor, Judy, has provided him with immeasurable inspiration and support. He also found invaluable support from an experienced castor farmer, Roael Cooke. The learning curve was steep, but he learned quickly and evaded many costly decisions.
