Failed to complete registration
System does not accept the Bluetooth ® device thus preventing you to add the device to your profile .
System does not show the profile in the detected list .
System is not loading your QR code or manual authorization code .
QR and manual authorization code are valid for a limited time of few minutes .
Ensure Bluetooth ® setting is turned on and SUBARU Solterra Connect Mobile App is running on device .
PIN can be reset using the SUBARU Solterra Connect Mobile App .
Verify your device is not associated with other driver ' s profile .
Verify your device ’ s Bluetooth ® setting is on and SUBARU Solterra Connect Mobile App is running on your device .
Verify that car is in good network area and DCM connection is active .
Restart registration process by going back previous screen and entering phone number again to get a new QR code / manual authorization code .
