DOOR LOCKS AND WINDOWS OUTBACK Remote keyless entry To unlock driver’s door, briefly press . To unlock all doors and rear gate: Press once, an electronic chirp will sound twice and the hazard warning flashers will flash twice. Press again a second time within 5 seconds. To unlock rear gate, press . To lock all doors and rear gate, briefly press . PANIC Power windows 3 1 2 2 2 The power windows operate only when the ignition switch is in the ON position. 1 For driver’s window One-touch auto down: Press the switch down until it clicks and release it, window will fully open; pull switch back briefly to stop; press lightly and hold for normal operation. One-touch auto up (if equipped): Pull the switch up until it clicks and release it, window will fully close; press switch briefly to stop; pull lightly and hold for normal operation. 2 For passenger’s window (front and rear) Press switch down and hold to open; pull back and hold to close. 3 Lock switch Press the switch down until clicks, only driver’s window operates; press again and passenger windows function again. Power door locking switch 1 1 To lock the doors, press the front side of the switch. 2 To unlock the doors, press the rear side of the switch. 2 Child safety locks Located on the edge of the rear doors. When the lever is in the LOCK position, the door cannot be opened from inside. The door can only be opened from the outside. 7
