SOS Emergency Service( SOS)
Your MySubaru Connected Services Representative can also assist youintheeventofanemergencyotherthantheAdvancedAutomatic Collision Notification. Press the red SOS button on the overhead console to promptly connect to your agent from anywhere in the Continental U. S., Alaska, Hawaii, the District of Columbia and Canada andmaynotbeavailableinallU. S. states.

• A MySubaru Connected Services Representative will attempt to establish communicationwithyoutoaskaboutthenatureoftheemergencyandthen dispatch the appropriate emergency assistance
• Ifyouareunabletoanswer, theagentwillletyouknowthatemergency assistancehasbeennotifiedandisonitsway
• Theagentwillremainonthelineuntilhelparrivesoruntilthevehicle’ sbattery loses power
• TocanceltheSOScall, pressandholdtheredSOSbutton for approximately2secondsorpressthe“ EndCall” buttonontheheadunit display
