Advanced Automatic Collision Notification( AACN)
Upon receiving the Advanced Automatic Collision Notification, a MySubaru Connected Services Representative will attempt to establish in-vehicle voice communication with the vehicle occupants and alert appropriate emergency services. Your representative can respond promptly, 24 / 7 / 365 via MySubaru Connected Services to determine the nature of the emergency.
• Ifyouareunabletoanswer, theagentwillpromptlyinformemergency services of your vehicle’ s location.
• Theagentwillremainonthelineuntilhelparrivesoruntilthevehicle’ sbattery loses power.

• NotallcollisionsrequiredeploymentofanSRSairbag. Pleaserefertoyour vehicleOwner’ sManualformoredetails. Ifyouareinvolvedinacollisionin which the Advanced Automatic Collision Notification( AACN) is activated, depending upon the nature of the collision and the level of accident forces involved, airbag deployment may not always result.
• The MySubaru Connected Services system monitors vehicle data to detect a possible safety concern even when airbags are not deployed or a collision has not occurred. Aggressive driving maneuvers, sudden changes in terrain, and loss of vehicle control can trigger the Advanced Automatic Collision Notification feature.
• The Advanced Automatic Collision Notification feature requires adequate cellular coverage and signal strength. This feature is only available in the Continental U. S., Alaska, Hawaii, the District of Columbia, and Canada and maynotbeavailableinallU. S. states.
NOTE
Atanytimeafterinitiatingavoicecallyoucanadjustthevolumeofthecallby using the volume knob on your vehicle’ s head unit.
